  INVITATION TO APPLY FOR ELIGIBILITY AND TO SUBMIT SEALED QUOTATIONS

     The Department of Education, DIVISION OF LIGAO CITY, through its BIDS and AWARDS
COMMITTEE (BAC), invites suppliers/distributors to participate in the procurement process for
the hereunder project:

Contract Duration                -------       7 calendar days from the date of acceptance of Notice to
                                                  Proceed

    Bidding will be conducted through open competitive bidding procedures using
non-discretionary pass/fail criteria as specified in the Implementing Rules and Regulations of
R.A. 9184 known as the Government Procurement Reform Act. Only Bids and Bidders who
pass the eligibility check will be opened. The process for the eligibility check is described in
Section II, Instructions to Bidders of the Bidding Documents.

    Bids in excess of the Approved Budget for the Contract (ABC) shall be rejected.












    Bid Documents will be available to prospective bidders upon payment of a non-refundable
amount of One Thousand Five Hundred Pesos (P 1,500.00) to DepED, Division of Ligao City
Cashier.

   The Division of Ligao City reserves the right to accept or reject any bid and to annul the
bidding process and reject all bids at any time prior to contract award, without thereby
incurring any liability to the affected bidder or bidders.
