The Department of Education, Division of Ligao City, STA. CRUZ ELEMENTARY SCHOOL,
Sta. Cruz ,Ligao City, through its BIDS and AWARDS COMMITTEE (BAC), invites
suppliers/distributors to participate in the procurement process for the hereunder project:

Bidding will be conducted through open competitive bidding procedure using
non-discretionary pass/fail criteria as specified in the Implementing Rules and Regulations of
R.A. 9184 known as the Government Procurement Reform Act. Only Bids and Bidders who
pass the eligibility check will be opened.













Bid Documents will be available to prospective bidders upon payment of a non-refundable
amount of One Thousand Eight Hundred Pesos (P 1,800.00) to the BAC Secretariat or Mrs.
Basilisa B. Cleofe, BAC Chairman, Sta. Cruz Elementary School, Binatagan, Ligao City.

Sta. Cruz ES reserves the right to accept or reject any bid and to annul the bidding process
and reject all bids at any time to contract award, without thereby incurring any liability to the
affected bidder or bidders.
